Fixura provides AI-powered photo restoration services. Our platform uses advanced artificial intelligence to restore damaged, faded, or black & white photos while preserving facial details. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use our service. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
Photo restoration requires credits. Each restoration consumes one credit. Purchased credits do not expire but are non-refundable. Subscription fees are billed through Lemon Squeezy according to your selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
You retain all rights to photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to process them for restoration services. You confirm that you have the right to use and upload the photos, and that they do not violate any third-party rights.
The restored photos generated through our service are for your personal use. We retain ownership of our AI technology and service. You may not resell, redistribute, or use our restored photos for commercial purposes without written permission.
You agree not to use Fixura to upload or restore illegal, offensive, or harmful content. You may not attempt to reverse engineer our AI models or exploit the service. You may not use automated tools to access our service without permission.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for high-quality restorations, we do not guarantee specific results. Restoration quality depends on the condition of the original photo.
Fixura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or service announcements.
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
